No booting after 2.6.24-19 kernel upgrade

Have you actually tried waiting about 5 minutes?

Boot without the splash and quiet options - I suspect it's not stalling at
ACPI modules.  I've had a problem with most 2.6.24 kernels (including -19)
that results in a _very_ long wait.  I'm using 2.6.22 now, so don't recall
the specific message.
