Problems installing. No ISO, WUBI not working

Oh goody, I can turn this into a shell script!!  Gods, I haven't written 
a Shell Script in years since I went to school and used Unix in 1995!

Reminds me of the time me and a friend of mine accidentally got the mail 
server stuck in an infinite loop.  We had to sneak into the server room 
and hard reboot the machine.  LOL
