aspell is a spell-checker. He was joking.

First off, you haven't said if you're trying to do wireless or a wired  
connection. It makes a difference. Secondly, as a general rule, for  
troubleshooting, start off with the basics and work your way up, i.e.,  
make sure your cable is plugged in, that you have a link, etc.
