Forget Hardy

    Yes the partition I forced to be 8 GB. The whole system is there 
except Grub. I installed 22 updates and still no grub :-)

    For completeness I will try to load it on the IDE hard drive. All 
the failed tests are on the Serial Port Hard Drive. The BIOS is kind of 
crude on this computer. It does mount a Serial Hard Drive but it is not 
the best.
