Third edition is due out July 13th.  ...another one I heard good things about 
is:
 Beginning Ubuntu Linux: From Novice to Professional, Third Edition  
by Keir Thomas (Author), Jaime Sicam (Author) 

 but that one also is not out yet, due June 23rd.  Hopefully they will both be 
updated enough to include instuctions for later versions of Ubuntu!
