Oh...  That could be awkward.

The rest of it, I _thought_ I'd done, but probably I've missed a step, so
I'll play with it again.  Still, I didn't have to do any of this with
VMWare, so that's one + for VMWare.

Which seems to be where things always broke down - DHCP never seemed to
work.  The one thing that looks like it may be different from the how-tos
I've followed is that you have the bridge on DHCP, too - and I think the
other sources wanted me to make it static.  I don't like static
addresses...

I'll give it another try tonight, and let you know...
