Problem about ubuntu-vm-builder

Hi all,
Can anyone help me ?
I am trying to install ubuntu-vm-builder, but got such an error.


me at ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install ubuntu-vm-builder
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package ubuntu-vm-builder


My ubuntu is version 7.10, using KDE4.
