Others already said that you'd need to reinstall. However, installing
Feisty would be a bad idea because its support period will end in
October 2008: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Maybe you want to tell us _why you want to remove 8.04. It may make more
sense to solve that particular problem
