X11 login screen receives no input from mouse or keyboard

This is not a tablet PC and I have not tried it with the 6.06 trident 
video driver.  I'm guessing that would be buried on the 6.06 CD somewhere?

I did get it to work at 1024 X 768 with a reasonable refresh rate of 85 
so I don't see the flicker.  I put in entries for the monitor scan rates 
and added some reasonable Display subsections. Same driver.
