Invest in the memory to bring it up to at least 256MB and it will run
just fine. I have a T21 w/384MB that zips along just fine, and an A21M
w/256MB that runs quite reasonable. The 128MB modules are cheap (about
$15), but the 256BM modules jump sky high to about $72. Example:

I've no idea why the huge difference, but it's well worth it to spend
the $30 for 2 128MB sticks. I had the A21M at 128MB and found that
upgrade-manager etc always crapped on the authorization bit, after
upgrading to 256MB last week I've not had any problems.
