gtypist - A simple ncurses touch typing tutor
junior-typing - Debian Jr. typing
klavaro - A very flexible touch typing tutor
tuxtype-data-nonfree - Educational Typing Tutor Game Starring Tux

Of those listed, klavaro is the only gtk2 based package.
