enabling compiz on a second user (with a balcklisted video card)

The video card  in my laptop is blacklisted for compiz fusion, but I can 
enable compiz on my main sudo user by using the following method:

I'm trying to enable compiz on another user account, but following that 
method won't work; I'm new to Linux, but I'm guessing it's because it's 
not the sudo user. Have any ideas on what to do??
