If you have set Edit --> Preferences --> --> Editor --> File Saving
check mark on ¨Autosave files...¨, then you should be able to open 
your home folder, select view hidden files, and find the name of the
file you were editing/finishing. If you had not saved it, it will be
called unsaved file, I think.
