ntpd permission error

Hi!

I just checked my /var/log directory and in the daemon.log file I found
an error message which has appeared once a minute since bootup:

"Jan 17 11:58:35 localhost ntpd_initres[6045]: ntpd returns a permission
denied error!"

How do I resolve this situation? I haven't touched this daemon.
