This is a case of the bug #108925
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flashplugin-nonfree/+bug/108925) bitting again, I posted a debdiff closing this bug, but It hasn't been integrated yet... You could get it and use it to upgrade the source package, then install it.
