renaming fat32 filesystem

Hello,

Is there any way to rename a FAT32 filesystem once you have created it?? 
I have a usb hard drive with two partitions on it. The first partition 
contains a fat32 filesystem which I created using mkfs.vfat, and I gave 
it the name 'andys-usb-disk'. But this was truncated to 'andys-usb-d', 
so I want to change the name to 'andys-disk' instead.
