If you tell us which software you're looking for we may be able to
help you find an alternative.
Some versions of Photoshop run on Ubuntu using WINE.
Or you could use the Gnu Image Manipulation Program, http://www.gimp.org/ .
Flash works OK on Ubuntu as well (at least on x86).
Acrobat reader works on Ubuntu as well, or you can use the inbuilt PDF
reader (evince).
Dreamweaver has mixed results according to Wine-hq, but there are
other native HTML editors.
