SANE and the Epson Perfection 2450 on USB (retry)

Alex - I could only get the 2450's usb connection going by throttling it
through a USB v1.1 hub. I tried the firewire connection on my new PC which was
so equipped and it works perfectly. I think the 2450's USB firmware is
less than ideal.
