problem - no internet connection with cdma fixed terminal phone

hi,
i'm using ubuntu 7.10 versoin but cannot access to internet by using HUAWEI
fixed wireless terminal (CDMA) phone and it's model number is ETS2258 .
please anyone help me to solve the problem .
