Kensington ExpertMouse v5 trackball on 7.10

	Has anyone got any tips on getting the ExpertMouse 4 button trackball 
configured right on 7.10? Like programming the top two buttons, set one 
as the third mouse button, and maybe set the other as a click-lock?
