I don't know why I bothered. Yes, it's great that you found a webcam that
worked out of the box, and I'm sure that $20 is less than the cost of your
time to get the other one working, but to then make a statement like that
is just insulting. I guarantee you I could get the other webcam working.
Is it worthwhile? Not for you, and probably not for me, but your questions
have consistently shown that you don't really have a clue how kernel
modules work, and yet you won't follow the advice you're given.
