7.10 Server error messages at boottime

Hello,
at the moment i install 7.10 server on an IBM x205 Server as an postifx MTA.
after a fresh install i get this strange errormessages:

looks like everything runs good, but can someone explain me those
errors, because this will be a very important machine for our company?
I tried to boot the machine with noapic nolapic acpi=off option, without
any result. same errors.
I uploaded the results of dmesg and lspci on my webserver:
