root password?

Though the first thing I do on a machine I log onto is a sudo bash in order
to have control of the machine , I still refuse to set root passwords as
this gives the option of bruteforcing or actually logging on as root
(disabling remote root login does not save you from all of the malicious
users out there). Of course we wouldn't use sudo this and sudo that all the
time.
