Error installing ubuntu

Error 18 seems to be usually connected with hard drive size or geometry. 
You may need to tell the BIOS to use LBA for the disk you want to boot from.

Be careful if you have other stuff on the machine that you care about 
(like a Windows install!), as changing this could result in a working 
Ubuntu but broken "other" operating system.
