Mutt not seeing new mail at all

Hm.  I might be wrong about relatime allowing Mutt to notice new mail.
I'm pretty sure I read about it; but I switched to Maildirs a few years
back when 'relatime' didn't exist.

Does it work if you remount /home with -o atime?
