I don't know why, but I subscribe to this bug & always get a chuckle
when I received an email for the bug every time there is a new flash
change... see the latest 6 or 7 comments.
As you know by now, you don't need flashplugin-nonfree on a 32bit
machine. Enable the Universe repo (which Mario & I figured out :-) and
sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin
or download the .deb directly from Adobe.
