spam-l is where the postmasters/mail admins of many sites hang out and 
perhaps more importantly also where you can find many maintainers and 
former maintainers of block lists such as Steve of Spamhaus and Matthew 
of SORBS.

I am sorry but I find it hard to believe that something changed in 
Outblaze after I left. Nor does anything on spam-l even hint at such a 
rumour.

Outblaze spamtraps feed a lot of block lists. Unless you want to call 
these block lists (SA even has OB fed lists defined) hypocrites, you 
better be careful of who you accuse of being spammers.
