Don't attack the guy. Not everyone is a Sr. Systems Administrator. The
OP asked a valid, if slightly OT question.

Larry, to install Windows you will need a valid, legal Windows
installation disk. Just configure your BIOS to boot from the optical
drive, put the disk in, and answer the questions. If you run into
trouble, try calling Microsoft support (you paid for the OS, they
should support it). Good luck.

If you need additional help with Ubuntu then don't hesitate to ask
here. Most of the list members are rather friendly.
