"Select the best server" *never* selects the best server

Hi Derek, How are you today?
Yes I know he's in India, I am in mexico and if I use the most prestigious
mexican university ubuntu sources to update my system I get about 3KB
download with my 2Mbps ADSL line, and If I use Japan's or even Europe's
servers I can get most of the time 20KB, but then Wayne.edu comes to rescue
me downloading at 198KB, so there's a huge difference between all of the
servers, that's why I offer him/her that possibility.
