Schedule Sending Email with Evolution

Is there a way to write an email, and have evolution send it at a
certain date and time in the future?

I want to make an appointment, and schedule a reminder email to be sent
the day before so the person will not forget. I want to set it up when I
make the appointment, and not worry about it being automatically sent.

I am using Evolution for my email. Is this possible? How?
