Another problem or bug with WUBI (Live CD)

Started WUBI (from Live-CD for I386) under Windows XP Home with SP 3:
1. Checking installation files OK
2. Creating image... (728.2 MB in size) NOT OK

Error Message:

Could not access the CD, please make sure other applications are not 
using it and try again
Try again Cancel


Ok, without something not to do. So far I remember it, somewhere was 
posted here a workthrough to fix the problem?
