Yes, I can connect dependably.
On May 29, in this list, I posted a message "Heads up for people with
Wireless in Hardy, especially Intel Wireless IPW adapters" If you
google that sentence, it will find it for you. I do not know the
"authoritative" way to refer you to the archive of this email list.
I can tell you, however, that it only worked after upgrading the iwl
drivers from the Hardy backport collection.
Also, the NetworkManager program released with 8.04 is not quite up to
snuff, and the newer testing version actually works beautifully.
