You will need to boot Ubuntu and type 'sudo grub-install (hd0)' (if your
hard drive is /dev/sda ... partition doesn't matter, as you're defining
the MBR)
You'll also need to copy the menu.lst/grub.conf from PCLinuxOS and place
it in /boot/grub/menu.lst
