bug in the networkcard

Hello Every one,

First of all, I try to use Ubuntu, and till now it is a great program too
use. But I best just in the beginning and have to learn a lot. If I know a
lot of things I make every one that how I know a member too use Ubuntu.

OK, now the bug where I tolk about.

When I put the computer off than the network card will power on but when I
put the computer in the sleep modus the network card will power off....
Strange, because I was thinking the other way.... But is it possible that
when I turn the computer off that the network card alsof is out of power?

And least but not least where en how can I put this in a forum?
