I use the Google Browser Sync add on and it works with my work windows PC
and my Gutsy computer at home. I haven't tried Hardy yet so I don't know if
it will work there or not.

http://www.google.com/tools/firefox/browsersync/

I have only found the extension from Google and not listed in the Firefox
extensions.
