Sharing Bookmark with Ubuntu & WIN Firefoxes ?

Hi Bas, 
Foxmarks ?
This is what I also used to use !!

Unfortunately here on Ubuntu 8.04 with FF3 and FF2 
installing Foxmarks fails !!! ;-(

I try to overcome (temporarily) with copying the bookmark from 
Win XPP on the same system which is Foxmarks'ed ! ;-)
