You will also have to understand/realize that these types of disclaimers are 
added to outgoing mails by the sender's employer and the sender has no 
control.  So, there is really no point in being sarcastic or pointing a

owner of the company they generally have no control.

Truly something to be ignored on the list, but it can be communicated to the 
sender that they should consider not posting from their employers email 
accounts.  FWIW, that is what was done...and that is what this particular OP 
has decided.
