I think this is one area where pretty much all of them work....  I
think....  but I can't prove that.

I've bought two cards like that - one a StarTech brand the other one
Radio Shack brand, and they both worked fine no matter the distro I
tried on them.  The StarTech brand one says 'ALi' when you look at it
in lspci  for whatever that's worth.
