On the topic of etiquette: I find it highly confusing that your mail
client does not distinguish what you quoted from what you wrote. It
leads to misattributions, as you can see above. Please follow the
oft-quoted etiquette [1]:

     1. When replying to an email, ensure that the email which you are
        replying to is indented with a symbol such as > or | (this is
        usually done from the preferences of your email client - most
        should do this by default).
