~ it would be nice if that list was advertised on the wiki as an
"off-topic" mailing list,  I mean, how would anyone know about it, and
what it was?  certainly not by the name?....  uh......sounder?

Since OT discussions run rampant on both lists (suse, AND ubuntu I
belong to both)  I always thought adding a blurb line to the footer
advertising OT list address would be a great idea.
