Hi Jaska
I've done a little more digging and I don't think the prob is the interface
I can't launch anything that requires admin/root privilages
if I type sudo followed by a command I get
/etc/sudoers is own by uid 1000, should be 0
So I'd guess permissions have somehow changed?
am about to google the above string to see what I get
