Thanks for replying Gerald!
I got the thing working by installing the "tundra"
package.
I found "tundra" by searching for package contents
with "stdlib.c" on:
http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages
I also did the what you suggested, and although I
couldn't use:
sudo apt-file update
and
sudo apt-get install build-essential
I got most of the packages installed online.
