Bandwidthd is a deamon that runs by itself with no gui and generates
HTML pages you can view. It's a very simple program.
You can find detailed information here:

The version of evolution on my Ubuntu 7.04 box is 2.10.1. What happens
with it is that I have fixed the option for clearing trash every time,
and when I delete mails from some folder like 'inbox' or the other
personalized folders, all the deleted mails go to the 'trash', and when
the evolution window is closed, and the next time I open it, from the
trash folder all the deleted mails have gone away. If this does not
happen with your 'evolution', and the versions are same, I think this
must be a bug.
Why didn't you send this mail to the mailing list. Maybe someone else
could get an idea?

I've added it to start up services but it doesn't make any difference.
It worked OK with Dapper but now I've installed Feisty, I can only start
it manually which is a pain.
Anybody else had this problem and managed to solve it?

What exactly do you mean with "start up services"? I would think that
adding it to sessions (menu System > Preferences > Session > tab Startup
Programs) should do the trick (haven't tried it though).
