month of screencasts

I can see this being very valuable for newcomers to Ubuntu but what
about those who are relatively new to using the computer as well? Now, I
am not looking for basic lessons, but for instructions on how to access
the screencasts. Speaking from experience, it is not good enough just
giving a web site, what do I do when I get there? I have tried various
things but have not managed to see anything yet.

Please do not take this as criticism I am just trying to be helpful.
