Wireless in ubuntu will not work with static IP address - Wicd installed

Now that's interesting! Why would someone even use WEP in their AP? There seems to be WPA support in Ubuntu already though. It's sad some vendors still seems to use WEP. Do they even care about customers? Don't seem like that to me from your above post. :)
