Image version: ubuntu-7.10-desktop-i386.iso

Machine: Dell Optiplex GX260 
Processor:Intel Petium 4 2.00 ghz
Memory:256 mg
Partitions: I deleted partition with windows install disk

Output of lspci and lspci -n:I can't get there.

With windows2000 loaded: 
I have tried to install and boot from cd and the system locks up.  When
doing an install I get a grey blank screen with the mouse working.  Will
not go any furhter.  
When trying to boot from cd I get a dialog box that says computer
running in low resolution mode.  I click continue and locks up.
Deleted partion with windows install disk:
Same results.  

Computer would run windows2000 before I started.
