I'd have sworn I spell checked before I sent this thing. Oh well..

But anyway.

It works!  w00t! I've now got GNOME terminal opening at 100x40 all the
time. :)

Strangely, it doesn't work on Xfce Terminal.

Naturally KDE had the common sense to allow you to adjust Konsole's size
without hacking any files. :)

(Yes, I run KDE, GNOME and Xfce). :)
