Gutsy/LCD Display and OpenOffice fonts

Hi,

I know, there is a lot of things around this fonts problem in Gutsy and
OOo. 

My questions are: 

Do someone know a web page with a simple solution to make my
OOo/Gusty/LCD fonts look nice (by default OOo look like really very
ugly) ?

Do I have to recompile OOo in gusty with the good freetype lib ? if so,
how can I do this and how can I provide a deb package of OOo with the
good compilation for Gutsy ?
