Teranews have a 50 meg per day per user account for free. They have
good retention. I set my account up with them years ago when it was
utterly free - they do charge a one-off free of about 4 dollars these
days.

NNTP is the only way to use up all that ingress bandwidth we have laying around that our customers don't use. :-)
We have 3Gbps of bandwidth to the Internet, and at any given time ~1.1Gbps Outbound, ~100Mbps inbound is being utilized, odd huh?
