Question about effects and 7.10

gtk-window-decorator is not starting up for some reason.

Did you use compiz or beryl with 7.04?  Did you change any configuration
settings?

Resetting the compiz configuration to defaults might help.
Unfortunately I don't know how to do that.  Perhaps removing the
~/.config/compiz directory would be enough, or perhaps you need to do
something with gconf-editor too.
